Catholic & Faith-Based ETFs

Exchange-traded funds with a Catholic or faith-based screen — the USCCB-screened CATH and the biblically-responsible Inspire lineup, documented from SEC filings and labeled by framework.

Nine ETFs in our index carry a religious screen. One is screened to the Catholic bishops’ framework: Global X S&P 500 Catholic Values ETF (CATH), which tracks the S&P 500 Catholic Values Index. The other eight are the Inspire lineup, which applies Inspire’s own biblically responsible (BRI) methodology — a Protestant-rooted framework that overlaps with, but is not, the USCCB guidelines.

That distinction is the whole point of this hub: “faith-based” is not one screen. A Catholic investor comparing CATH with BIBL or PTL is comparing two different rulebooks, and each fiche documents which rulebook applies, who the registered adviser is (verified by CRD against the SEC’s IAPD registry), and what the fund has filed on EDGAR.
